first time playing... I feel dumber now.
I feel like I tried about 40 synonyms before the correct answer

one thing you'll noticed, and today is a good example, is that many times these words will have two definitions and semantle only focuses on one of them

Game #105 will likely be frustrating for many...the algorithm is odd on this one.

It took me 72 guesses for this one (105). Tons of green guesses, but there are so many options in that general category.

I shockingly hit on 985/1000 on guess 2. It’s a word I frequently try early on.
After reading this post, it helped me expand my guesses beyond what I assumed and to also include the general “vicinity”.

man... It took 64 guesses until I had a green and it was only 227/1000
got it in 125 but I still have no real clue how this works. I guessed words that were very similar to the answer but no dice.

I’m only 3 in but this shite is hard. I got this one in 91 tries. I had 985 at 40 and 998 at 79..can’t wait for the next game. I like that new ones start at 7. I’ll try and sleep on it.

omg, I almost guessed "the word" yesterday and then had to go and forgot to try that word
I had guessed "hat", "sunglasses", "scarf", "goggles", and other similar words. SMH.
