Women want to be treated like men, or equal to men i guess. But they continuously act like stereotypical women. Always whining and bitching about pointless stupid shite, and want special appropriations for it.

Women: We want to be equal!

Men: OK, if two drunk people have consensual sex, then it's not rape.

Women: But the woman was drunk, she cannot consent!

Men: Wut? You said you wanted to be equal?

Women: We want to be equal!

Feminism does not represent me. Nothing but constant victimhood and woe is me.

The crazy thing with that Pic, is Feminism doesn't even represent True Feminism anymore. It's been said over and over by Pioneers of Feminism. The current crop of women playing victims is completely off the tracks left of what the original goals were. Now it's all jumbled up into identity politics, which is what the landscape of the workforce, and lawmaking has become.

I had a few people at work ask me if my wife took today off for this bullshite.

Answer: "She has one but doesn't act like one"

Shuts them up fairly quickly.

Good Lord! If they think men don't do emotional labor they're more crazy than I suspect. The end of every day is my wife talking for roughly 40 minutes about all the crap she went through that day. I can sum my day up in about 2 minutes and she doesn't even pretend to listen that long. Thankfully she's deaf in one ear so she doesn't notice the TV turned up so I can listen to that while pretending to listen to her.

In July, Jess Zimmerman wrote in the Toast about her many years providing counsel and support to her lovelorn male friends and questioning why her efforts aren’t valued as work (unlike activities such as editing her friends writing and taking care of their animals).

Two problems with her theory

1) Does she give men credit for "emotional labor" when their female friends need a shoulder to cry on and want to know why there are no good men?

2) If you're a real friend, providing emotional support in difficult times isn't work. It's what friends do for each other. Jess is a lousy friend.

The entitlement to think that she is owed money for something like, regardless of anyone's gender involved is amazingly narcissistic.
