There are people out there who have thyroid issues and can't help it, I get it, but for the rest go buy a George Foreman grill and eat beef, chicken, and pork. Drink water, black coffee, unsweetened tea. No bread, no soda, no sugar. The weight will drop right off ya.
Eta: keep one cup of Greek yogurt like Oikos zero or Chobani zero for the probiotics to keep your stomach function in check.

Its irrational to believe its inappropriate to be weighed before getting on a small airplane.
