My buddy, who isn't the kind of guy to make this up, claims it seriously helps.
His wife over produced so they had reserves in his fridge and he'd down it on sundays after football games, etc.
It is full of vitamins and necessary stuff for babies to thrive, so it kind of makes sense.
I've never had kids, but soon we are, and I'll report back. Definitely trying it.

I've took a swig off my ex's before. What got me was how warm it was, which I mean makes sense because she didn't have ice in her boob but it just caught me off guard.
