Had a members meeting on Tuesday saying essentially dont tempt fate as city is trying to find any reason to move Endymion to the uptown route.
Almost happened this year but krewe had to cough up money to get extra LEs from harbor police and JPD to meet the "security need" of the city.

New city admin doesnt really like Endymion and they will use any kind of excuse to make it happen next year and moving forward.

City officials are looking for any reason to push Endymion onto the uptown route. They wouldn’t have to spread out an already thin NOPD/NOFD. Until then, theyll force the parade to pay to keep the traditional route.
