Meh. This is just the way it’s done I think. She shouldn’t have been busted in the past if she wasn’t willing to suck a little dick to stay out of jail.

It’s one thing for the cops to think that way… but man, read the room. Imagine saying this to the AP reporter writing a story about your CI that got raped

He's retired, so he DGAF. He's just being honest finally. Just goes to show that's how they really view people. She broke the law and that's a whole other discussion. They use that to lean on people and threaten them in order to get the next fish up. It's a crazy, insane system that accomplishes nothing in the end.

I continue to be amazed at the scum and the situations that you always seem to know so much about.

He is absolutely right. Its not like what you see on TV.

Some of you people on this board must be the most non social people living the most vanilla lives ever.

It was one of the worst depictions of sexual abuse I have ever seen,” said a local official who viewed the footage and spoke to AP on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss the ongoing case.

A local official that categorically endorses this in public and not authorized to risk upsetting the culture of his community

You want to put every drug dealer and cartel in North America out of business tomorrow? Legalize everything and make them compete with WalMart. It wouldn't stop drug abuse but neither will the WOD. At least the customer service wouldn't involve rape and machetes.

They used her as a CI because she was mississippi's ex gf, they know he will sell to her without question

There is another side of that though as well. WM will happily use slave labor to lower their price. They do it already.

In the end, it's still none of the government's business what people want to do with their lives and the war on drugs has just created an entire law enforcement industry that has gotten wealthy under the guise of protecting and serving. It's welfare for cops basically.

Last month, as AP was reporting this story, prosecutors without explanation reduced Jones’ charges from forcible second-degree rape to third-degree rape, or simple rape, significantly lowering the amount of time he could spend behind bars if convicted.

So they not only reduced his rape charges, they also continued with the original charges on the woman that were filed before she cooperated.

Scumbags…all of them.

Yeah...I question the tactics of law enforcement sometimes. How dumb can you strive to be???
