Looks like eastern Europe/western Asia has as many fatties as we do here in the ole USA. (cant remember exactly where Georgia is from geography class)

The father's lack of awareness/reaction time is ridiculous. He just stands there forever even after the woman stabbed his child and turned around to come back for more. Yes. This kid was with his mother and some nut jumped from behind the bushes and stabbed him to death. Too bad mom wasn't armed.
