Wisconsin typically ranks pretty well in terms of K-12 education nationwide. Remove the Milwaukee Public School system and Madison Public Schools and they’d rank even higher.

Yeah and Rufus King is a decent school as far as MPS goes. In the top 5 high schools I believe.

Times have changed. We used to run substitute teachers out of the profession back in the 80’s. If they weren’t crying and having a nervous breakdown by the end of the school day we felt that we hadn’t done our jobs.

Apparently it is deemed ok by the defendant. So all good.

He was also looking for drugs at the school, just for different reasons.

Shame on you!! It really takes absolute cruelty to do what students do to subs.

Looking back on it now I agree. It was beyond cruel.

It eventually affected me as a regular teacher multiple times. When nobody is willing to sub anymore, we have to cover classes. The last few years before I retired it was almost impossible to get a sub.

Imagine if a white woman did the exact same thing to that class

Would she be in trouble? White women seem to be getting away with some wild shite these days.

Didn't Jack Black do this in School of Rock? Worked out well for him though.

Students also said Jones started playing rap music very loud and "dissed" kids for their weight, race, looks and money. She also asked if any students had a vape or marijuana because the class was "so f---ing lame and annoying."

I'm not saying she should have done it, but I get it.
