How close is the shop to the house? Any signs of a struggle?

The family member I just spoke to is worried there’s foul play. She wouldn’t have wondered into the woods in the rain. Just pure speculation right now but she wouldn’t have gone without her phone or purse.

Close. Their cabinet shop is right by their house.

I’d imagine the camo jacket and boots meant she was going hunting and it sounds like these woods are around her house so not as odd as it sounds though the article didn’t make that clear

No, she wasn’t going hunting nor taking a walk in the woods.

Across the road directly almost directly in front of the house.

No, she went feed some deer but had finished and peeked into the shop to let them know she was done and going inside.

I was replying to several people and meant to say close. Their cabinet shop is right by their house. All within approx an acre.

Leaving the phone behind is concerning unless she was charging it while feeding calves.

Speaking of feeding calves. Search every barn/building with a fine tooth comb. Look in hay, lofts, barrels, in junk piles, equipment piles, under tarps, etc. I fear the worse and if so she is probably close where the feeding bucket was found. Hope I’m wrong.

She had already fed the deer and was going inside.

Did she have her phone/purse when she went to the shop to say she was done with feeding the deer?

I feel if you can put a timeline on when the phone and purse were put where found, it would be important. People don’t leave without phones unless charging them.

I’m not sure. I just know she peeked inside to say she was back from feeding the deer and was going inside.

When they went inside she was nowhere to be found.

Could she have gone into the attic or a seldom used closet for Christmas decorations?

How long between her saying she was back and when they went inside? Hours? 15 minutes? Timelines are critical.

Check her phone for calls, etc. Anyone know her passcode?

Any new employees/helpers hired recently?

Any kitchen knives or weapons missing?

I know you don’t have a lot of knowledge but I’m brainstorming.

They have searched every inch of the home and have had a lot of people searching everywhere around the area.

People don’t just vanish like this. Something has got to be off or different in the house. Mud in the house someplace weird? Wet somewhere weird? You say it was raining/muddy

Who would they accuse of foul play?

Does she own a gun? Is it missing? Is it usually in her purse and now it’s missing? Some women keep a gun in their car. Check that. Might be suicide in the woods. Hate to say this.

Check if any guns missing at all.

From what I was told, nothing was out of the ordinary except that she was nowhere to be found and her phone and purse were inside.

Yes, extremely wet. It rained a lot the past 2 days and water still high in areas of the property.

Does she have a favorite spot in the woods?

Anybody close to her die recently? A child? Husband? Someone go look where they are buried.
