I wouldn't call that a mental breakdown otherwise you could say I have one of those almost daily. I laughed. It's cute and I feel her pain some days. The ending was perfect: see? Hi! Hi!

First, if you wait until you're comfortable enough to have kids, you'll never have them.
Secondly, raising kids take energy. Mom needed a break. From what I could see with the kids, it wasn't like they're traumatized or abused. If anything, it was a game for them, which would suggest that the mother-child relationship is positive. However, there are no perfect kids and there are no perfect parents. Everyone's human. Thing's were probably getting a little stressed and mom needed a minute. If you're a parent, it happens, but particularly to mothers as they are the primary caregivers in those early years.
No big deal.

That was pretty funny.

Don't think dad needs to really worry about getting sniped. They had fertility struggles and the quints are the product of fertility treatments.
