That's my point. I highly doubt she was a random victim walking down the road. It looks like they were having some kind of argument and she said something to set him off. He didn't steal anything off her.
The people who took pictures and robbed her can DIAF.

I agree with you with the taking pictures but I wouldn't touch someone on the ground like this. In today's society you can get drug into lawsuits for trying to help, just call the cops and be done with it.
