I feel kinda bad for her. She obviously needed some kind of job but driving truck isn't going to be her ticket. Hopefully she won't beat herself up too much and get back out there looking for other means of putting food on the table.

She stated that she tried to get across the bridge because she didn't like backing up. She's a nimrod. In that situation, if she would have put on her 4-ways and called the local police they would have sent out a cruiser to block traffic and help her back out of that situation.

How do you not know how many pounds are in a ton? That's one of the easiest conversion outside of quarts to a gallon.
Maybe a layman has an excuse, but it's part of her job. Surely that was on the test somewhere. 2000 pounds equals a ton. I have a 60,000 pound load. How many tons do I have. Divide it in half and move the damn decimal point.

what gets me is that she had a passenger and didn't use them. I helped a trailer back up one timeon Jefferson, I saw he was having a hard time of it. I used my truck to stop traffic then went out and gave him an extra set of eyes. He had it off the street and backed up in less than a minute.
Trying to go over a bridge that couldn't support a F350 was a huge mistake.

Hey now, quarts to a gallon is tricky when you consider it is 2 cups to a pint, 2 pints to a quart, and then 4 quarts to a gallon.
It is even more ridiculous when you consider there are 8 ounces in a cup, 2 tablespoons in an ounce, but 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon.
The US Measurement System ladies and gentlemen.

What makes her "didn't want to back up story" even more pathetic is that looking at Google Maps, there is a large gravel parking lot about 40 yards back that she could have easily backed into and turned around.
