A private business should be able to serve orndeny service to whoever they want.

Anything that pushes the prog narrative is news, this is about making morbid obesity a protected class
This. Here comes the legislation making it illegal for a business owner to refuse service to a fatass, which will also fail to protect that business owner from getting sued when the fatass tumbles into the floor after the chair is crushed beneath his/her weight.

They already can deny service to any individual for any reason. It’s protected groups of people that can’t be denied service.

Asians so tougher than usual to claim racism
I suspect there was a racial element involved. No love lost between Asians and blacks.

A Houston woman said a nail salon discriminated against her by refusing to give her a pedicure.
Tina Lewis said a salon employee told her she was too heavy. The employee said she was afraid Lewis would break the chair.
Discrimination is not unfair when people are acknowledging differences and limitations.

Can you imagine what the backlash would be?

The store had already had a chair broken by another morbidly obese client. The issue centered on weight, not ethnicity.

Maybe she has nasty feet.
Maybe?
All fat people have nasty feet.
Can't even reach them to wash them.

She can get fricked. Them crazy Asian nail ladies can do whatever they want
Posted on 9/9/19 at 8:17 am to Strannix
The chairs must have a weight limit...

Sister got some big ole boobies, probably made the small asian woman self conscious about their cup size.
Larry Leo needs to post pics of her.

Well, if she has those gross cankles, gout, and hugely fat feet, i would have said no also.
If this stuff bothers them, they got into the wrong profession.
