That’s not how you approach someone,” Harris said as she sat inside her car. The officer was leaning over talking to her through the car window. Harris said she wanted someone else to come, but she didn’t know who to call. “OK, I’ll give it (license and insurance) to you. Could you step back?” Harris said on the video. “No, I’m not stepping back,” the officer said. “Can you just step back? I’m about to give it to you,” Harris said. “This is a lawful order. I’m giving you a lawful order,” the officer said. “You are sounding like the Sandra Bland case,” Harris told the officer.
