I don't know...I skimmed that whole poorly written story and couldn't find any more details about her previous arrest.
ETA: Never mind, it appears the cyclist incident happened a few days before grandma was murdered and she may never have made bail. Story about murder of grandmother
Grandma was beat on the head with a hammer four times.
