Both those dogs look lovable as hell. I would feel horrible that I didn't know sooner about it, esp if the dogs had already suffered serious injuries.

People who do this to animals are not stable people and only a few good thoughts away from beating real people and actually killing them too.
Props to the lady, she got away from a real POS. If you want to abuse a defenseless and small animal, you need needs your arse beat hard by somebody of your own size or maybe someone bigger than you for good karma.

Well serial killers usually start off hurting animals first. Hopefully he is prosecuted for animal abuse. But no idea how the laws are in Brazil for something like that.

I would flip the frick out. People torturing animals like that is a sign of very serious mental problems. I would have ended things too.
