I'd set up solar panels and a single home desalination plant.
I guess it's inhospitable during winter because it's too cold. No fireplace and no heat.

Some solar and storage, aquatias septic (I bet you can’t use traditional because it would contaminate the surrounding area) and starlink and you have a pretty sweet place to get away to.
