Woman accused of sex abuse on Alaska Air flight

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A woman was arrested late Sunday evening after a report of a sexual crime on an Alaska Air flight from Las Vegas to Portland.
About 9:20 p.m. Port of Portland police were dispatched to the arrival of Flight 621. The plane was over Oregon airspace when the alleged crime took place, according a Port police report.
When the plane reached the terminal, officers contacted a woman who said she had been touched on the breasts and genitals without consent.
Police then arrested Heidi F. McKinney, 26, of Banks, Oregon and accused her of third-degree sex abuse. A "no complaint" disposition was filed Monday afternoon and McKinney was released.
