If you get pulled over with a device in your car that you have manipulated AND have even a drop of alcohol in your system, you’re going to jail for 60 days and will subject yourself to multiple randoms throughout the month. Ain’t worth it.

This was early 2000's. The old La Fonda's on Airline was her after work hangout. I think they were a restaurant too. She probably knew most of the restaurant employees.
Do those breathalyzers lock you out at the sign of ANY alcohol, or only if you're over the limit?

When she pled guilty in Oct 2024 what happened to her? Right out on probation or jail time? Had she served at least a year this other lady would still be alive.

My son’s old PE teacher (female) from Shenandoah Elementary was sentenced last week for killing a woman while driving drunk. Smoking hot.

It locks you out with any amount. All probations regarding drugs/alcohol won’t allow any substance use.

They go off randomly even if you aren’t drinking. Can’t imagine if you’re breaking the rules and it goes off when you’re driving and can’t pull over. You’re screwed

Im calling bullshite.
It detects non human breath so you can't use a pump. And you have to blow hard as shite to get it to go. So no child could pass it for their drunk parent.
Some of them even come with a camera and takes a pic of you doing it.
12 years ago wasn't really that long ago.
