Is there a tipping point where if crime rates lower than national average, net taxes a positive for us and not causing unemployment issues that this becomes a secondary issue? Or is ANY crime too much? Curious if there’s some threshold that becomes less troublesome (note: immigration not rape... deal with the crime swiftly and harshly)
