Totally agree. That's what I'm saying as well. Don't just arbitrarily assume people are bad b/c of the Order. This guy, as was Green, were ALREADY proven to not get the message.
This wasn't a domestic dispute followed by a restraining order filed and couple splits, end of story. These guys were actively proving there inherent evil. If you got a fricking restraining order against you, don't be a defiant arse and be like "i was just happening to be at walmart at the same time."
That shite shouldn't fly.

Here is the problem, like it or not. Divorce lawyers have latched on to Protective Orders as something to use for leverage in negotiations and child custody hearings. Ask someon who has had one filed against them some time. Consequently, Judges see these every day and they don't recognize the ones that are legit from the other 90% that are BS. So no one takes them serious until after the fact.
By the time the divorce case comes to trial the women would have been living in the home with the children for almost a year before the husband has any chance to defend himself against those allegations.
Civil court judges will not want to disrupt the childrens lives ,which have now been living with their mothers for a year so the judge will just determine the status quo.
Very fricked up system for married men with children.

Everyone wants body cameras on police force, but I bet more women are killed by estranged sig others than cops. GPS is too expensive though.

Eta: That stat about 1/3 women know their killer baffles me. Many will often tell someone that 'he'll kill me one day'.
How SHOULD someone be able to correctly identify the person who will murder them, sometimes years in advance?

I think , wait no, I know that many of these real heinous crimes being perpetrated against these women are the direct result of the court systems creating a hopelessness in some of these men and the desperation causes them to snap.
6 months to a fricking year before a falsely accused father/husband even has the chance to plead his case.
And by that time a family court judge won't remove the mother from the home with the children no matter if she is found to have been lying or not.

To me, it is just like having a sophisticated security system on your house or expensive deadbolt locks. If somebody is truly determined to break into yor house, it's going to happen.

Exactly the point. But what's going on now is like laying down and accepting that. Do we as a society even put up a fight to protect these women who happened to fall in love with, and have kids with, a man who has that 'mystery gene', unlike most men who get buttraped(see breesus?) by exes/family courts, that will push him over the edge to do something so tragic and violent?

If you have a court order,
AND YOU'VE SHOWN PROPENSITY FOR VIOLENCE TOWARD THE PERSON WHO FILED THE ORDER,
you should be subjected to monitoring.
It's no secret that crazy bitches use the order to manipulate custody situations and portray the dad as a bad guy.

I know someone who had a restraining order AND if she called sheriff dispatch instead of 911 the dispatchers recognized her phone number and sent a unit immediately. That is how often they were sent out for him being in her yard or driveway but would always leave before the sheriff arrived. But caught on cell phone video. Her children testified that he had broken into their house. At the hearing for the restraining order the judge called her into chambers to make sure she understands that the paper will not protect her. The judge alluded to a self defense weapon. His anger management counselor called her to advise her that he was being removed from anger management class because his drug use made it impossible to get through to him. Her mom wanted her to move out of state and her brother slept on her sofa with a shotgun for months. true story. The laws in place currently do not protect you.

Most laws in place don't protect you from violence.

Many women abuse the system put in place to protect them. There has to be some kind of common sense solution. I would say the first time someone violates the protective order they have to submit to monitoring.
