I've been suggesting this for a while. Make abortions free and give chick's gift cards if they had to travel from a state where abortion is illegal.
Incentivize instead of stigmatize!
Abortions for errybody!

Where do you draw the line? Prosecuting doctors? Mothers? Do we allow police access to D&C records/pathology reports for suspicious activity after a miscarriage?

There are three full pages of morons pretending like there aren't already pieces of legislation being voted on in certain states that would penalize an abortion with the charge of murder.

This board is always a special level of out of touch with reality, but ffs boys, in more than half of states abortion will be illegal, and in some states (like the one the majority of you live in) there will be people faced with very serious penalties for getting an abortion.

I don't understand why y'all are running away from that. Isn't it what you want?

Has any of that legislation passed? Has anyone been charged under that legislation? If not, you’re simply skyscreaming. Shut up.

Louisiana already has laws on the books, that were never removed after Roe, criminalizing abortion. So it is factually correct to say that abortion will immediately be illegal in the event that Roe/Casey are overturned.

The bill that individual referenced has not passed yet. It made it out of ACJ and is set for floor debate on 5/12.

I was waiting to see who would catch on to this once the hyperbole (and now 74 downvotes) quieted down a bit.
