ok thanks. So if the precipitation happens tomorrow and Wednesday morning; aren't we looking at possibly having frozen roads until Thursday? If so, this feels like 2014.

By no means am I an expert but it seems every update I check the temps are dropping and precip chances are rising. So yeah, I think it is a real possibility. Something we are all gonna have to keep an eye on.

If there is school tomorrow, I don't see anything past noon as very likely.

I expect LSU to do their usual, “campus is open but students are encouraged to use caution. Faculty members are asked to be understanding of situations that may prevent students from attending class.”
