Let us be honest. These have been the golden years of football for the University, and some have fears that those days may be going away.
Can td.com survive the downturn? If not, where will you spend your online time after the fallout and loss of the site?

Are you telling me that if the Tigers get worse people will want to bitch about them less? It seems like they'd want to bitch more and TD would grow as LSU declines.

Even if football goes into the shitter, look at how many boards are not related to sports at all: OT, Poli Talk, Travel, Soccer, Outdoors board, Health and Fintess just to name a few. I think there will be enough traffic to sustain it

Saints talk was a dead zone in 07 and 08. It looked like the SEC OT. Posts stayed up for days.

If this website were not about football I would come here. This site came up on some google search for me like 8 years ago and I've been lurking every once and a while since then. I don't have any connection to LSU other than living in a neighboring state. If anything, this site has made me more of an LSU fan lol.

I love this. I never came here for football, either. The OT would come up in every random google search, so I eventually started lurking.
