remember... he wasn't with Smith at that time... he was "several minutes ahead" of them and came to the scene after PT23 texted him about the incident

Interesting. I'm not trying to argue here, I'm just throwing out some thoughts. If Haye's and Smith's gun were both the same caliber would the police have definitely ran ballistics on the wife's GSW and bullet? Say the wife says that Hayes shot her but in reality it was Smith's gun that shot her, would the police automatically test all guns found at the scene? Or would they just test to see if Smith's gun had been fired and since they didn't think it had then move on?

So the wife was shot in the side of both of her legs, her right new and her left thigh it looks like and the claim in the media is it was by a .45. What kind of gun was found with Smith and what was the 3rd gun found?

Those are All terrain tires, could be from the H2, but most rim riding african americans use sport tires, as they don't make many A/T tires for large rims. No doubt those where a/t tire treads in that pic.
