I can't see how anyone can dispute that Hayes intentionally slammed the shite out of Will's Suv.
It's certainly plausible that Smith was hauling arse trying to flee. Hayes was all on his arse and then when Smith ran up on the Impala he slammed his brakes, causing Hayes to run into him.

1. Smith drove drunk and rear ends Hayes, left scene
2. Hayes was pissed and chased
3. Hayes peeved off catches up to and rear ends Smith
4. Passenger with Smith gets out of car, rips off shirt, wants to fight Hayes
5. Hayes gets out of car
this is correct.
Supposedly Will didn't have a gun on him, but he and Richard yelled things like "I'm going to kill you" Richard seemed to have escalated it a lot. Will probably should have just gave hayes his insurance info and been off after the first hit.

how can you say he did. where's the video?
I saw a video of all 3 vehicles going way over the speed limit seconds before the pile up

6. Smith grabs for gun out of glove box, wife fights him, Smith's gun goes off shooting wife in leg on accident
again... police have said only 1 of the 3 guns recovered show evidence of being fired... the weapon with Will's life on it

Raquel was in back seat on driver's side. Rebecca was on passenger side back seat. So you are saying Raquel jumped out and went around and got the gun from the glovebox?

so at what point is Will Smith slamming Hayes' head into the sidewalk?

some people were saying all parties got out of the vehicles

that's plausible too. Fact is in this state, when you rear end someone you are at fault regardless of outcome, unless you can prove they maliciously caused the accident.
(why I have a dash cam in every vehicle)
Will made a mistake in not stopping and giving Insurance info after first wreck. A lot of people made mistakes after second wreck.
I don't think anyone was murdered. I see now why Hayes stayed on the scene.

Were all 3 guns recovered "from the scene" or just all 3 guns supposedly "at the scene"? I'm all assumptions from reading between the lines honestly. But its easy to clean a gun or exchange a 9mm with a "friend" that wasn't at the scene.

I just find it odd we havent gotten the full ballistics report yet. Police keep saying they " have no reason to believe another gun was fired..."

Okay, let's leave out intentional.
Here is a FACT Hayes hit Smith's car.
Smith hit Hayes' car first.
IMO since Hayes was in a civilian pursuit of Smith, his hitting the vehicle was intentional. Just an opinion that you can't prove either way and neither can I.

NOPD is the only ones that know.

First batch of evidence turned over
1 of the reports turned over by prosecutors to the defense was from the ATF
I'm sure they did all the ballistics testing and since the article says nothing of note came out... I'm sure that means Smith's gun came back as expected (meaning it wasn't fired)
also... Ceravolo willingly gave up his DNA to prove he didn't contaminate anything at the crime scene

Getting fender bumped by a drunk person that flees would suck.
Still not a good enough reason to chase them down and shoot them.

I just can't see how anyone can claim that is was intentional.
"rammed" was word used most here

The gun from Smith's car was not recovered until three days later after the NOPD obtained and executed a search warrant on the car.
The car was in possession of the NOPD.
So why does the NOPD need a search warrant?
Why wait three days?

Are these skid marks from a tire found on an H2? From the 2nd collison
If so, what are they doing there? Abrupt stop?
