This makes way more sense.

No wonder he didn't run. He would of ran if he had the chance.

So why is it weird to you the shooter was out of his car?
There's a difference between getting out of your car to talk to someone and walking up to a car with a piece. Then pulling it, and then opening fire while nobody else got out. Perp isn't a CCW holder and has no business walking up to a car HE wrecked into with a gun

You are obviously ignorant, unintelligent, and misinformed. On top of being a troll.

Shouldn't he also be charged with felony assault or batter as well for shooting the wife? As well as wreck less endangerment

He did cause the wreck that endangered them so ya maybe he should

Exactly, which is why even if Smith did have a weapon in his hand while in his vehicle, the fault still lies with the shooter for approaching Smith's vehicle.

No shite. Who in the history of the world has ever been in a fender bender and not gotten out to speak to the other driver?

And only a handful of people know what happened next, and none of those people are in this thread I hope.

I'm just guessing here, but in that part of town there should be some camera footage of this incident. At least I would think so.

This makes me sick to my stomach. I actually feel physically sick. For this man, doing it the right way, to be taken away from his kids just nauseates me. More kids growing up without a Dad.More specifically, these kids growing up without their GREAT and IRREPLACEABLE Dad. It just breaks my heart.

As for New Orleans,it deserves every single criticism it gets. I'm tired of defending it. It's a fricking cesspool of ignorance, poverty, criminality, assorted social pathologies and societal dysfunction. It may not be unique in that respect, but it's on the short list of places where really random bad things happen to innocent people.

Are you retarded? Seriously!

Better question, who in the duck doesn't get out of their car after a collision, unless they are too injured to move?
