you said a pause. I said I was taught to neutralize a threat. If you have to re-aim because the threat is moving you are going to have some sort of a pause. if you shoot a guy twice and he falls on the ground and starts crawling toward a weapon are you not supposed to shoot again? your arguments have been quite silly.

ok i thought you meant after the scene. based on the tweets i was reading that is what was being talked about.
It's nearly impossible that Hayes actually got out the car with the gun. You would have heard all of the other witnesses mention it and Hernandez certainly isnt charging 2 6'5" black men, one with a gun in his hand

thats what I am talking about. if PT and capiocci and the others that never said they saw a gun in hayes hand testimony is correct there is no way hayes got out with the gun in his hand.
