Then you're willfully ignorant. But you've shown that throughout the entire thread.

Why? He shot an unarmed man in the back 8 times and killed him. Why would you hope he walks?

meaning his intimations weren't to kill initially, once it was escalated and he feared for his life, yes he think 'killed' him

So if I kill someone, make sure I don't leave any witnesses. cause all it have to do is say I was scared and regardless of the evidence, I should get off?

im not going to cry about the verdict if he is found guilty, but with the evidence i saw he was justified either way it goes.

Rodgrigue is being slimier than Fuller ever was over the course of this week. However i do feel like fuller dropped the ball many times this week

You think Hayes is guilty. Clearly you see what SS is missing.

We are going by evidence introduced in court. Whatever that was the fell (I saw it), we do not know what it was, not whether it came from one of the cars.

The video that was presented in court did not show it (to my knowledge).

it wasn't a key part of the trial regardless. But Smith hit Hayes originally, there is no way around it

The evidence presented would make me seriously consider manslaughter charge in lieu of Murder2. But I'm not sure it's possible to get to where you want him to walk. You don't think CH did ANYTHING wrong?

Nice hyperbole

But lets flip it on you

You kill someone, because they were legit trying to kill you, but there is no witnesses

I guess we should just lock your arse up then?

That's not what happened in this case. You just can't help but make any excuse to paint Hayes in a better light.

I have admitted though I am using my gut somewhat. I can see how some would say not guilty

Doesn't make them an ignorant person

Regardless of whether he actually feared for his life, the state has proven to me that beyond a reasonable doubt, it was not reasonable for him to be afraid for his life or fear great bodily harm.

According to the evidence, nobody on the Smith side was armed or imminently to be armed. Neither was anyone within striking distance of him at the time he pulled the trigger. Being a chicken shite does not excuse someone from murder. Guilty: 2nd degree.

PERIOD.
