How some in here think it's a complete cut and dry case and if you don't see it their way you are ignorant, baffles me.
Yeah I said I think he will be convicted. Just from me having lunch twice with a witness for the prosecution and from following this thread and twitter, I don't think the state proved to me that CH didn't fear for his life. If he was so pissed and wanted to just cold blooded murder people he would have gotten out his truck dumping on all the idiots in the benz.

Like I said I have my opinion that he will be sitting in jail most likely the rest of his life.
I also have an opinion that I don't think he should.
I just know that things were much more fluid with moving parts that it seems it has been cronicaled as.

when you can explain what randomly falls off of Smith's car, why Hayes pulled over, and why Smith pulled off quickly and ran a red light, then we'll say it leaves a reasonable doubt.
