CH will be convicted shortly.

All physical evidence is on the states side.

All conjecture and allegation is on the defendant's side.

I am so glad this will be over, so we can all move on to arguing over something else where we all claim to not be biased, but continually get mad at everyone else by calling them biased.

Pride can only bring up personal shite now because he's realized Hayes is fricked.

I'll admit I hope he walks. I'm not confident though.

So wait, you think because Hernandez left, everything should have just settled down? That the way he was acting couldn't have gotten people riled up? Esp a man who had a .23 BAL?

Well apparently you still think WS 2was shot as he reached for his gun..... so.

Why would you hope he walks? There is no evidence to excuse his actions.

Allegedly. That hit and run was never proven. Even the video is doubtful.

1)there's a piece of bumper that falls off Smith's vehicle
2)Hayes pulls over, knowing someone hits him
3)Smith pulls off fast, and runs a red light

All of this is on video that you can watch if you search

Not what I said, again. For being such a condescending a-hole, your sure do suck at reading sometimes.

Lsupride87 and Lester Earl, will you accept the verdict no matter what and say that justice prevailed and then system worked despite if Hayes walks or not?

there is for me... I don't feel he wanted to kill WS. I feel he or sinciere in his remorse. And I also feel he isn't a threat to society at all.

It was a fricked up situation that every single participant deserves the blame for.

That's not evidence that his actions were justified.

I never saw anything on Rodrigues's testimony. Was it said why he fled the scene for the shooting started ?

We are going by evidence introduced in court. Whatever that was the fell (I saw it), we do not know what it was, not whether it came from one of the cars.

The video that was presented in court did not show it (to my knowledge).

The state hasn't proven to me he wasn't fearful of his life when he dumped on WS. Period.
