Aggressor questionable considering the ramming. In the very least, it was agreed by everyone that CH and WS had some type of physical confrontation. And after CH killed him, he said something about "that's what you get for showing off in front of your white boy". WS had no gun, and was shot in the back. CH was sending a message to all.

Said a lot more than that and Hayes even confirmed he wasn't looking down too

Pretty sure that's a fat negative, he said he told KO to call 911

Are you really this much of a child? You are proven wrong buddy

plate. Hayes said he was looking down to unlock his cellphone and call 911 when he glanced up to see Smith's vehicle

Is hand fighting not considered physical contact?

lol, and there were people on seen that said he told someone to call for an ambulance, sat behind his hummer and cried while he waited for cops, was clearly distraught, etc etc. More than 1 witness said this.

If we're going with a car crash as an aggressive act, then the initial Smith hit and run would be that.

Rodrigue: The theory that Hernandez incited this doesn't make any sense, he was long gone.

Lester has zero concern for the facts. He's the founding member of the Hayes train.

Once his fury subsided and he realized he had just shot him 8 times in the back, I would think it normal to show remorse. Nothing to do with pride challenged in the heat of the moment.

And I thought the first hit and run was conjecture only, nothing established collision actually occurred. If I'm wrong on that, and I might be, I still think the ramming to the point of busting out back window would still qualify as much more aggressive response than reasonable.

Because Fuller "challenged" her to play it during his closing and welcomed it to prove she was lying. He actually screamed "I hope you play it!" And he just got his shite pushed in.

So wait, you think because Hernandez left, everything should have just settled down? That the way he was acting couldn't have gotten people riled up? Esp a man who had a .23 BAL?

No, it wasn't. I said it would come down to argument, and she's crushing it right now.

But like I said, the evidence is very good for the state.

Allegedly. That hit and run was never proven. Even the video is doubtful.
