Fuller hasn't persuaded me one bit
But I just don't think the state has really made any case that hayes didn't fear for his life
I still can't get past the guy who was at Half Moon who said Smith did nothing to lose his life
that to me would be pretty telling in deliberations... so long as the defense doesn't present any actual witnesses/evidence to contradict that
right now it looks like Fuller's slinging poop on the wall and hoping something sticks

Redd, I'm being serious here, who has been calling all these people to the stand then? I have no clue how it works

The state
ETA: The State presents their case first, but after they're done questioning each witness, the defense gets to cross examine them.

Prosecution calls all their witnesses first, and the defense has the right to cross examine each one called. Once the State rests (done calling their witnesses), the defense can now call their witnesses to testify. Sometimes a person that was called by the state will later be called again by the defense.

The state. Not it is Chad's BFF turn to start calling witnesses.

Same guy didn't see the shooting. He saw stuff leading up and afterwards, but ducked behind a car when shots rang out

I'm not the one that brought me up hours later in the thread.
I was 19 pages behind and I FINALLY decided to chime in because you've been that terrible.
To stay on topic...I honestly am not sure what to think about the little we know through following twitter and this thread.
Also, I carry a Smith and Wesson M&P shield .40 that doesn't have a thumb safety and it's always loaded.

I really have no clue other than riff raff is a douche
Also think Raquel let isnt telling everything she knows. But nobody will be upset with her after getting shot and losing her spouse

I know the guy pretty well... I was dumbfounded when he told me the events

Hangover, who owns the Ruger used to shoot WS? It was stated earlier that O'Neal bought it for Mr. Hayes. Is there a reason why Hayes couldn't buy his own weapon?

at this moment... after everything I've followed in this case...
I'm convinced he should be convicted of at least manslaughter

It was mentioned that Hayes has a CC permit also

it was also mentioned that the murder weapon was actually registered to O'Neal... even though Hayes was the 1 who possessed it/practically owned it
just throwing that out there for posterity

I guess it's okay for witnesses to tell people what they witnessed right?
I mean he just told me he was a witness is all
