Chad will still deny Ceravolo was at the scene.

he had must just got finished tampering with weapons, adding 9mm bullets in Will's gun and picking up all the stray 9mm projectiles.

I think what he meant was how many members of the jury have to vote guilty to convict him
It's 10 I think chad, but I was told that yesterday by some dummy I know that posts here

Napoli: did you remove a gun from that crime scene?
Ceravolo: No I did not.

Ceravolo flatly denies ever being in Smith's G-Wagon, pulling a gun from it on the scene. "Mr. Fuller accused me of committing crimes on TV"

JN: did you lose NOPD part-time status because of defense's claims?
BC: Was placed on admin. leave. "I've been on the bench since that day.

What lead them to believe he had removed a gun?

Misdirection from the defense attorney
Fuller is a POS

Did they just make it up? There has to be some reason why they would say that.
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:03 pm to Janky
Because BC came to the scene, was former NOPD, and would know what to hide/take from a crime scene?
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:04 pm to mr. penguin
Fuller's cross of BC should be very interesting.
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:04 pm to Janky
Is that a serious question?
Fuller is trying to put out a smokescreen so he can cry for a mistrial...

Remind me what again is needed from 12 jurors for a conviction?
Actually, a 10-2 vote is good enough.

At this point, I think Hayes may need to take the stand to save himself.
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:05 pm to Mr. Hangover
I just find it odd that so much time is being spent on other shite as opposed to spending time talking about what actually happened between Hayes and smith
That's pretty telling IMO but like I said before I don't know shite about legal proceedings

Agreed. The state has really lost focus on Hayes' intent from the accident to the shooting.
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:07 pm to mr. penguin
No, they have to play defense because they know exactly where fuller is going to go with this
Posted on 12/9/16 at 12:07 pm to Mr. Hangover
Yes, it was a serious question. I am not very familiar with all of the characters in this shitshow.
I do find it odd that based on earlier posts that PT would call someone who used to work for the NOPD to come to the crime scene.
