They have put the inspector general on her and taken the Wisner Trust to court (and won).
This council isn't like the previous ones in her tenure. Whether they keep it up or resort to fighting each other is yet to be seen.

Most are behind the scene and sending money to it. If they officially support it then it looks like all action they take against her is because they support the recall and are only doing it to take a black woman's job.

Not only that, but the recall is doomed to fail. They ruin any chance they have of Teedy working with them on whatever project once that has gone on.

She isn't working with them on anything regardless at this point. After Wisner, plane tickets, the proposal to remove her ability to appoint positions. She refers to Moreno as that "woman on the council".

It’s her people that are turning on her. All this stuff, 1st class tickets, Pontalba apt, private detail that would make the Governor embarrassed, etc., more is coming out and she’s in the crosshairs. She can’t cry racism and hide when it’s her race calling her out.
