A judgement/lien can be placed on any debt in default.

I believe you. I'm just saying if you default and they get a judgement against you then they can seize your assets if you don't pay. It's harder for them than a mortgage but the outcome can be the same. I'm not trying to compare penises here.
I'm trying to design my pool and patio. If you have any pictures I'd love to see them for ideas.

I remember that thread. It's beautiful. How much did all of that run you?

Outdoor kitchen killed our "budget."
I had initially said $45 to $50K for pool and thought outdoor kitchen could be done for $50K. I was wrong. I'm sure it could have been done for that but based upon brick work, granite, gas line, heaters, appliances and fit and finish that are wanted, we came in at just over $75K for the outdoor kitchen.
Needless to say, I am outside today using it.

Shut that shite down. Nothing but a huge pain in the arse.
This. My family had one when I was growing up. My dad loved it that first summer, then bitched about it eveday since. Constant maintenance. A lot of time and money for something you'll only use a fraction of the year too IMO.
But if money was no object and I could just pay someone else to deal with upkeep, then frick yeah, I'd be all over it.

And your wife would be all over the guy you pay to deal with the upkeep.

Neighborhood pool is the way to go.
There's nothing like a late nite nude swim over. Too bad you're married, because you can drag a lot of poontang with a pool.
