Sorry to hear that. Pretty much all you can do is be there for her. Me and my wife were in the same kind of situation. Don't give up. We now have a beautiful 3 month old daughter.

Prayers sent...
Had first child then 4 miscarriages then 2 more children. All happy and healthy.
She will let you know when she's ready for another try.

Mine too fella. They get pretty emotional. Just be there and realize that their hormones are all over the place. Oh yeah. and no sex for like 6 weeks...

That sucks, but don't post this shite here. There are some things that should remain personal between your loved ones.

had the same thing happen to us a few months back, also at about 9 weeks.

its tough, especially on them. we did some research afterwards and found out that about 1 in 4 women have a miscarriage on their first pregnancy.

Best advice I got, was to be "shade" for her. Meaning, be there (physically) as much as possible, respect when she wants to be alone, protect her from the stupid things people will say to her trying to help (the best you can). Protect her and take care of her. Make sure you grieve yourself though as well. It will be meaningful for her to see you upset as well, so don't be a tough guy.

Oh, and we have an 18 month old healthy boy now. The Lord never gives you anything you don't have the strength to endure.

My wife had a miscarriage many years ago, but we went on to have 3 healthy children. Only consolation I can give you is that we were told by her doctor that the body will often reject the fetus if there is something wrong with it.

This is actually a great place for it. Assuming the OP is anonymous to everyone on the site, he can talk about it without "letting anyone know" or saying anything that would further upset his wife. It affects the dads too. Only D-bags like the guy down voting everything would think otherwise.

We both have a child, but this was our first attempt together.

Man someone is mad in this thread, down voting every post.

Seriously me and my wife went through two before the birth of our son. It is the hardest thing that I have ever gone through. Good vibes being sent your way.
