That looks like a rocket launch, that video has been around since at least January, and the oldest versions I can find say it was in Florida (not California).

Yep. They're working overtime mining the web for all the videos and pics they can find. Just slap a new date and location on it and let the public run wild.
ETA: I'm not even concerned with trying to determine if they are AI/fake. Simply proving they aren't new is enough to discredit most of these "ufo/uap" accounts that are pushing them.

There have been rumors for the last two years on the 4chan / conspiracy end of the internet about exactly that being the case.
Said it would involve holograms designed to make it look like there was an invasion.
Not at all saying it’s true it’s just worth mentioning.

I just know that they had supposed leakers talking about how there was hologram tech that could make it look like things were in the sky at night that weren’t.
If these things start floating in broad daylight or blowing things up the hologram theory can be ruled out.
