People used to have enough common sense to avoid crazy. But I guess endless propaganda (up is down, down is up!) has finally watered down the collective evolutionary instincts for some.

Reminds me of this old Far Side cartoon:

“Social Justice advocate” just ignoring all evidence and getting killed for it.

It’s sad, but what an idiot. No one was even around, why the need to virtue signal? Cross the street and “stereotype” you moron

Me? I give it a wide berth. I cross the street. I turn the other direction. I run if I feel like it's the best options.

Me? I just avoid, AT ALL COSTS, going into any big city. Hell, I don't even like going downtown in Asheville. It is filled with hippies, druggies and homeless who need to be in an institution.

When I travel for work, thankfully we are usually in the suburbs.

I would avoid such an individual and not even to do with race, could have been a white gutter punk and I’d do the same.

Some of y’all have some issues. Been conservative my whole life. I see a video of a guy walking past a couple and for no reason they seem to follow. Then it’s edited. Then nobody seems panicked. Sorry, seems staged.

There is an unedited version in the comments that has been posted in this thread.

Wow the body is a fragile vessel. There weren't many slashes for it to kill him. The last one or two swings must have hit something vital.

Description of the unedited videos says one of the stabs went through his rib cage and got him right in the heart.

What? Search this dudes name on Facebook this is a big story, this guy was an “up and coming” activist for the left that worked with all the political orgs up there.

Even Chuck Schumer made a post about him LINK

Of course all these stories/posts just say he was attacked by a “male” who is still on the loose. No other descriptors

Looks like he realized he was in trouble when he saw the knife and turned to run away but forgot about that bench he was just sitting on. Oof.

Crazy dude also threw the knife on the ground so that should help the prosecutor's case.

His GF must not have realized he was stabbed she was way too calm. Although not sure if 16 extra seconds before calling 911 would’ve done anything.

Needed to:

1) not walk that way at all
2) once he did and the guy reacted, turn and escape fast and don’t even engage
3) if forced to engage, learn actual self defense
4) live in a place that allows you to carry it all the above fail. if not carrying do the above way faster.

the criminal was armed, the victim was not. why do liberals want this?

Thanks. That didn’t take long for him to go. Looks like what ultimately got him was running into that bench. Once he did that it was over.

Did that chick who knew the killer not realize what happened? She was fairly calmly saying “Brian” (I think) over and over and then asked if the dude was okay. Uh, no bitch, he just got stabbed in the head area multiple times. Of course he’s not okay.

And the girlfriend’s lack of reaction is just so weird. I get that people freeze but Jesus Christ, he’s dying on the sidewalk and you don’t seem at all concerned. (I’m sure she was, but that’s just how it comes off to me)

Oh he was holding the knife point down. That makes more sense.

Too comment for me was someone calling him out saying this dude may still be alive if his party actually punished criminals instead of slaps on the wrist and letting them walk free.

Ouch.

They edited the stabbing part of the video out.

Before the edit, looks like the attacker is getting something out of his pocket, and it cuts out immediately before the deceased blindly runs into the bench they had just been sitting on.

Probably got him while he was on the ground after tripping.
