Yup.

Cox Communications sucks.

Unfortunately, it's my only option also.

because they can be.

My general theory on all of these things is the devil you know is better than the devil you dont. All the companies providing these services suck, might as well stick with the one you know.

Depending on your age, you may or may not remember when "Bell" was the only telephone service. Wanna talk ripoff? And the long distance charges were just stupid.

When you're the only game in town, you get to make the rules.

I'm ready to burn down a cox building. We have had nothing but issues with our billing. We get into a contract and our price goes up month after month. I call and threaten to cancel and it goes down for a month then back up. When i did try to cancel, they were gonna charge an early termination fee. HOW?? Why if i break the contract, i get screwed but you can break it to charge more money. And ATT is the same way. I hate em all

I think its a side effect of cord cutting. They are losing all of their cable tv customers, but you "need" internet to stream content. That is how they are going to make money now.

I pay $85 for 30 Mbps. I mean it's supposed to be 150 but who are we kidding. It never gets above 30-35.

Absolute ripoff because they have no competition in my zip code.
