If run of the mill hood murder articles were my thing, I'd just watch the first segment of the 6 o'clock Macon local news.
What's the point of the daily standard issued hood murder threads on this board?

People that have a need to stay angry. I don't understand it either. It's most evident when they share a video or story that's several years old.

I say that Lord Chicken go ahead and establish the Outrage Board and be done with it. This board would benefit greatly from the Outrage Board and become a better place.

Local news only reads out generic press releases issued by authorities with caveats like, “We’ll update this story when more information becomes available”.
Posters here usually have some level of insider knowledge. Sometimes it’s only details of the neighborhood, but sometimes it’s details of the crimes, suspects, motives, etc.

This board has become more regurgitated news than anything else. It used to be alot of fun with alot of originality. Now it's just one news story after another than turns into some sort of argument with alters and fake / fraud keyboard warriors hiding behind anonymity.
It's worth a quick scan for me on the first page every other day or so but beyond that it's become quite sad.
