IDK. There are usually 2-3 duplicate threads every time something happens in BR.
The newspapers and media in both towns absolutely suck though. But I think that's par for the course in American cities these days.

My kids’ school has been on lockdown a couple of times. Both times it was for nothing. Probably wasn’t reported because nothing happened.
