Why is Tiger Truck Stop taking a shot at Mike?

Heading west on i10 just past the bridge and saw their billboard. The only thing it says is "Our Tigers lived longer". I'm sure this isn't a new billboard but that's really fricked up. Seems like a bunch of trash at that place anyway.
