I prefer it b/c it makes it far less likely your sandwich falls apart while you are eating it.

Well is isnt Beaufort D'Ete, but you are you really saying the cheddar and provolone they use isnt real cheese?

staggering uses less cheese, which saves more money. The same reason subway now uses the smaller scoops for the chicken instead of just grabbing it by hand. Not exactly rocket science

I re-engineer my sandwiches once I get sat down. I like my jalapenos strategically placed in a staggered 2 row alignment that allows for some jap with nearly every bite. But that's a rant for another day.
