Why is sitting down while peeing so frowned upon?

It was more relaxing to pee sitting down than standing up and it's much cleaner. I can sit and pee while looking at my phone and not have to worry about missing the toilet.

I sit to piss in the middle of the night. That's it.
You don't soak the floor or seat and you don't even need to turn the lights on. It allows you stay asleep basically in a zombie state

One, it's quicker. Two, it's easier to monitor your urine flow for color and pressure to see how hydrated you are and how much blood is in your urine so you can hydrate and change your diet accordingly.

I did it a few years ago when I had to have an operation on my jaw. Too many drugs to stand up.

I find piss flying out of my dick and hitting the toilet boil a few inches away causes more of a mess than pissing while standing.

Can't judge the pressure of the stream after. Also the water in the toilet dilutes the color, making a softer yellow so you think you're properly hydrated or a lighter pink so you think you have healthier kidney function.
Nah too many factors for false positives. Best to watch the stream straight from your dick.
