Welfare reform is the biggest fricking sham, democrats love when conservatives get all jimmied about welfare which makes up a fraction of a fraction of the federal budget.

Corporatism is another backwards problem we have in our country. A country that touts “capitalism” sure is quick to bail out, subsidize corporations instead of letting the free market’s creative destruction take place. Amazon’s current search for HQ2 is a great example. Why should the tax payers of a locale give Amazon record breaking tax breaks when the local retailers don’t get the same tax break? The only groups political elitist care about are poor people for their votes and Big corporations for their money.
