Wouldn't a better suggestion be something they could actually sustain long term?
Paelo isn't difficult to sustain long term. It's actually more difficult in the short term because you feel like shite the first few weeks as you body adjust to not having a diet full is sugar.

There is a direct correlation to less money = more weight.
There is also a direct correlation between less money and poor decision making skills.
Eating healthy can be relatively cheap. It just takes some work and long term planning. Those attributes aren't exactly the strong traits of the poor.

Where? I pay for my cases of water, also pay water bill once a month, so I would say this statement is absolutely false

Same here. And those $7.99 15 packs at Circle K aren’t helping things either

No shite. My water bill is $150-$180 a month and my Kentwood bill is $50 a month.
Where is this free water?

Losing weight is very very very simple. Nothing hard about it
Doing what it takes to lose weight can be difficult

It's very simple.
If you take in more calories than you burn, you will gain weight.
If you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight.
Now actually doing what it takes to lose weight is the hard part.

Do you have a pool? Otherwise that's high as giraffe pussy

Yes. As well as a family of 4. My wife is constantly washing clothes and dishes and we all take bathe twice a day.
Plus it’s NOLA S&WB. My bill has been fricked up for 2 years but that’s about what I’ve been sending in since their billing has been fricked

Our water, trash and sewer is combined into one bill in BR and is about $75. No pool, family of 3.

If people just kept their carb intake to less than 100g per day they would lose weight (if they had exercise, even a 30 minute walk). At this point its not rocket science; carbs are the problem.

Didn't realize they did trash pickup too. I haven't lived in Nola since 1998 so I don't really remember.

Richards does the trash pick up but the charge is on my water bill. I wanna say it’s like $25 a month.

Same here and still have a little more to go.

and I say that I basically had to cut out snacking completely and I only eat lunch and dinner to maintain 1800 calories a day.
Keep it around 1500 here and throw in some intermittent fasting as well. I still pay attention to my protein intake, amino acids, etc. so I get what my body needs.
I still have enough energy for weight training 5 days per week and cardio 7 days per.
My evening cardio is going to the beach and body surfing for at least an hour every day so I actually look forward to it.
I ate like shite and drank last week on vacation and didn't gain anything back which was encouraging. I also swam a lot and still hit the gym while there, though. I actually dropped 3 pounds since being back just 4 days now. Sure it's water weight but I am lighter than before I left so I will take it.

really don’t get the mystery. Are people so addicted to sugars, processed foods, and carbs they can’t break the cycle?
I went low carb diet two weeks ago. It’s really not difficult to give up sugar and junk. People are just lazy dumb fat tards.

Because most health nuts are major douchebags. And no one wants to be a major douchebag so they try not to be like them.
