Why would they condemn people expressing their 1st amendment rights? Now if you go to that little google machine and type "covid fears about protests" you will find an endless stream of stories about scientists/epidemiologists expressing grave concerns about losing control over the virus again due to the large gatherings. Maybe it is just where you choose to get your information that is the problem.
