Why don't you ever hear of women being charged with indecent exposure?

I'm not condoning indecent exposure but it's not uncommon to hear of a guy being arrested for whipping it out or exposing himself to women at the park. You never hear of a women whipping out their tits in front of a guy or playing with herself in a parked car at the park. What gives? Do women not do this or are the men who are subjected to this not apt to report it?

It's not that women are getting away with it, they are just far more likely to flash their tits (than their vaginas) which is actually legal in a lot of places and not that big of a deal in a lot more places.
If men flashed their tits instead of whipping out their dicks they wouldn't get arrested as much either.

i've seen some women who have no business wearing bikinis wear them anyway. Those should be charged with indecent exposure.
