Older women and fat chicks should be forced to wear bras. If I was the mayor, I would give them a ticket.

You hit the nail on the head. Unintended consequences. Only a rare few will be worthy of looking at, and by far most will be She beasts that have no business showing them off. Just like yoga pants today, one in ten look presentable in them.

Maybe instead of going to Wal-Mart, McDonalds and the DMV, you go to Rouses and Alexander's, and maybe even Target and Chik-fil-a. Maybe sign Braxton up for travel ball. Pretty sure there won't be just a few worthy of looking at.
